The tadpoles in pondwater cum ammonium hydroxide solution (pH 10.0) did not have any increase in growth, because they died about 5 minutes they were put in. |
For the pondwater cum sulphuric acid solution (pH 5.5) and pondwater cum sodium hydroxide solution (pH8.5), the increase of growth was not taken as all the tadpoles died before the experiment ended. (Our group took the measurements of the tadpoles only at the start and end of he experiment.) |
